Products

Are Savan products "Natural"?

It all depends on your definition, since there is no well-established consensus on the use of this term at the present time. Although we favor ingredients of natural origin, we sometimes include ingredients made in the laboratory. Why? Because "natural" doesn't mean good, and synthetic doesn't mean "bad". What matters to us is the safety and efficacy of each ingredient, regardless of its origin.

What skin types are Savan products suitable for?

Our products are suitable for all skin types. They have been developed to suit even the most sensitive skin.

Do you test on animals?

No. We do not test on animals and our products do not contain any animal derivatives.

Are your products Vegan?

Yes, they are.

Where are Savan products made?

All our products are designed and manufactured in Quebec.

What about the expiration date?

It is recommended to use our products within 6 months of opening.

Where can we get your products?

Our products are available on our online store and in several independent stores that you find here.

 

Delivery

In which countries do you deliver?

For now Savan delivers exclusively in Canada. We are doing everything we can to expand our offer in other territories. :) Mention us at info@savanqc.com where you live, we'll try to get there soon!

How does delivery to Canada work?

We offer delivery speed: standard. When you place your order, it is usually processed within 1-2 business days. We then ship it by Canada Post, which delivers it to you within 7 business days (may vary depending on the time of year).

Delivery is always free with purchases of $60 or more, otherwise the flat rate is $14.

PS. Note that as a general rule, our customers receive their package within 5 working days after purchase.  

When will you ship my order?

Here's how it works: you order, we receive, we process, Canada Post ships to you. We process your order in 1 to 2 business days, and Canada Post ships it to you within 7 business days maximum (usually more around 2-3 business days ;)). You will receive a confirmation number that will allow you to track your order!

How much is shipping?

If you buy for: + 60$ it's free.

If you buy for: - $60, that's $14.

 

I have a problem with tracking my order.

Sorry! It may take 1-2 business days for the carrier to register the status of your order. If your order number is not updating or simply not working, please contact us as soon as possible at info@savanqc.com. We can then give you more information.

I received an email saying my order was delivered, but it's not there.

We are sorry! Sometimes Canada Post "scans" your package in the morning in the truck and sends you the delivery notice, but they don't deliver it to you until later in the day. If you still haven't received your order by evening, please contact us at the following address and we will take care of you: info@savanqc.com.

I still have not received my order.

Returns and Exchanges

How can I return or exchange a product?

We are sorry to hear that your Savan product is not suitable for you. Please contact us at info@savanqc.com by telling us your order number as well as the product(s) you would like to exchange or return, and we will take care of the rest.

Do you have a return policy?

We're sorry to hear you want to return your order! Yes, we have a return policy. It's right here: Your happiness is guaranteed. 

 

Billing

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be debited as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex credit cards.

The system tells me that my zip code is wrong, but it's the right one...

It is important to ensure that the postal code you have registered in the billing address is identical  to the one registered with your banking institution. If so, please contact us at info@savanqc.com.

What should I do if my payment is rejected?

If your payment failed, there are several things you can check. Are your card billing details (like security code or billing address) the same as what we have in our system?
